Fixed-Price Proposal
Priced line by line from a detailed scope, so you can see what each part of the work costs. Once you approve it, that is the contract price.
On-Time Guarantee
Your completion date goes in the contract. If we miss it for reasons within our control, you receive a credit back.
Three-Year Warranty
The industry standard is one year. Ours runs three, which keeps us accountable long after you have moved back in.

Where We Build
Remodeling across intown Atlanta
We work inside the perimeter, in the neighborhoods where the houses have some age on them. That focus is deliberate. A 1925 bungalow in Virginia-Highland and a 1962 ranch in Decatur present completely different problems, and knowing both of them before we open a wall is most of the job.
