Three Things We Put in Writing
The Triple Guarantee
Almost every remodeler will tell you they do good work and communicate well. There is no way for you to verify either one from a website. So instead of adjectives, here are three commitments we put in writing, and what each of them actually means.
Guarantee One
Fixed-Price Proposal
Our detailed, up-front pricing keeps you on budget.
Before construction begins you receive a proposal that covers the full scope of work, priced line by line. Once you approve it, that is the contract price.
It changes in exactly two situations. If you request a change, we price it and you approve it in writing before we do it. And if we open a wall and find a genuinely hidden condition, we stop, show you what we found, price the options, and let you decide. That is the entire list. There is no escalation clause, no allowance game, and no envelope of small charges at the end.
The line-item detail matters as much as the fixed number. You can see what each part of the work costs, weigh it against everything else, and decide where to spend and where to pull back.
Guarantee Two
On-Time Guarantee
We complete your project on time or you receive a credit back.
Every project gets a completion date in the contract. If we miss it for a reason that is ours, you get a credit. Not an apology, a credit.
The reason we can offer this is Planning & Permitting. Before we break ground, permits are pulled, the schedule is built, materials are ordered, and every decision you will need to make is identified and dated. Most projects run late because somebody started before they were ready. We do not.
Guarantee Three
Three-Year Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work with an industry-leading three-year workmanship warranty.
The industry standard for workmanship coverage is one year. Ours is three.
That is a real commitment and we make it deliberately, because problems caused by poor workmanship tend to show up in year two, not month six. A tile that was set wrong, a joint that was not caulked properly, a floor that was not acclimated. One year lets a builder walk away right before the bill comes due. Three does not.
Manufacturer warranties on products and appliances are separate and are passed through to you.
On-Time Guarantee: the terms
We would rather explain this clearly than bury it.
Full terms, including how the completion date is set and how a credit is calculated, are written into your contract. We walk you through them before you sign, not after.
See whether we are the right fit
Twenty minutes on the phone. We will talk through your project, and if we are not the right team for it, you will hear that early rather than late. No cost, no obligation.
