Let's Build
Tell us about your house. It does not need to be a finished plan, and you do not need to know your budget to the dollar. Most of the best projects we have built started as a general feeling that something was not working.
What happens next
1
You send us a note.
Fill out the form below, or call (404) 806-1494 if you would rather talk right away.
2
We call you back within one business day.
3
We have a twenty-minute introductory call.
We talk through what you want to do, your timeline, and your budget. We explain how we work and what to expect. You can ask us anything.
4
You decide what happens next.
There is no cost, no obligation, and no follow-up pressure. If we are not the right team for your project, we will tell you on that call rather than three weeks later. If we are, we will schedule a visit to your home.
Send us a note
Not sure about budget? That is normal, and “not sure yet” is a fine answer. A range helps us point you toward the right scope quickly, but nobody is holding you to it.
No cost, no obligation. We do not share your information, and you will not end up on a mailing list you did not ask for. If you would rather just talk, call us at (404) 806-1494.

A few things worth knowing before you call
You do not need plans.
Plenty of our clients call us before they have talked to anyone. That is often the best time, because scope decisions made early are the cheap ones.
You do not need a firm budget.
You need a range you are comfortable with. We will tell you quickly whether your project fits inside it.
We will tell you if we are not right for it.
Some projects are better suited to a different kind of firm, and some are better off waiting. You will hear that on the first call, not after you have spent money.
