Luxury Entertaining Addition
The owners of this Buckhead home entertained often but lacked the right space for it. We opened the main floor into a connected living and dining room anchored by a new fireplace and built-ins.
Location

Addition and main-floor renovation

The project
A custom wet bar with refrigerator drawers and wine storage sits at the center of the plan, and the existing guest room gained its own bath and closets so visitors have a private suite. The built-ins flanking the fireplace are trimmed to match the wall paneling, with push-to-open hardware so nothing interrupts the line.
The materials are the story here: a copper roof and gutters, steel windows, custom cabinetry, six-inch hardwood flooring, and Farrow & Ball paint throughout. This is what a fixed-price proposal looks like on a project where every selection is a considered one.
